Calico Keyhole Dresser
This old-fashioned dresser has beautiful lines despite its partially painted mint green exterior. Upon closer inspection, the dresser required much work to remove old paint and wood veneer. The wood was not in good enough condition to be stained, so the piece was painted a light blue. A floral blue calico print fabric was decoupaged on the drawer fronts to complement the painted frame. Finally, off-white and brass knobs play off the original brass keyholes in each drawer.
