Mid Century Modern Lounge Chair
This Mid Century Modern lounge chair was a "customize" piece that a client snatched up as the perfect present for her brother's new Mod house. Hidden under flaking lacquer, the wood on this chair sanded down beautifully and is highlighted with a chestnut brown stain typical of Mid Century Modern furniture. Using a modern graphic fabric, picked by the client, and new foam, a pair of corded boxed cushions were lovingly sewn from scratch. Finally, a quick shine on the brass accents added the final touches to complete the piece.
