Pair of Suitcase Pet Beds
After seeing this Vintage Suitcase Pet Bed, a client came to me to create a pair for her Westies. She found two hard case suitcases at a local estate sale, and I thoroughly scrubbed them to remove years of mildew stains and smells. The interior and exterior are painted a chocolate brown with a navy blue band around each suitcase. To keep the original charm, the linen clothes dividers are lightly brushed with different shades of blue paint to freshen them up, and soft, blue patterned beds were added for the dogs' comfort. Now, owner and dogs can sleep soundly at night, each in their own bed!
