Stenciled Gossip Bench

A telephone table is typically a seat with an attached table, where the household phone would sit. Over time, these pieces earned the name "gossip benches" as people would sit and gossip on the phone. This gossip bench was originally covered in dreadful, peeling plywood laminate. Now, it looks entirely new with a yellow seat and table and stylish pearl white geometric stencil. While household phones may becoming a thing of the past, this table and chair ensemble can be a great place to relax with your morning newspaper (or ipad) and coffee.
