Yellow Botanical Print Armchair

The innards of this chair were falling apart when I found it at a local thrift store, but I loved the shape and comfy feeling of the piece. After removing layer upon layer of upholstery and old tacks, the chair's seat was reconstructed with new webbing and inches of thick, soft padding. The surface of the wooden frame was not in good condition, so it was painted a subtle, yet pretty, yellow to highlight the multi-color floral fabric used to cover the new seat. Now, it's a great place to curl up and read a book
