Blue French Provincial Dresser
This tall French Provincial dresser is a well-built, excellent piece of furniture, but unfortunately had many surface scratches that made it visually unappealing. The dresser top is made of solid wood, which allowed it to be sanded down smoothly and re-stained a dark, espresso color. The frame and drawer fronts were painted in a blue milk paint with dark blue accents along various detail elements on the piece. The milk paint creates a variation in color giving the piece an old fashioned look. Finally, the dresser was sealed with wax, and the original decorative pulls were shined to complete the piece. 34" x 19" by 47" tall.
