Patterned Veneer Dresser
This dresser was found in pretty rough shape with loose pieces, a water stained top, and crackled finish. The patterned veneer drawer fronts were in remarkable shape considering the dresser's overall condition, and a little sanding and re-staining highlighted their beauty. A bit more sanding reclaimed the dresser top as well, and it re-stained nicely. The loose pieces on the frame were fixed, and it was painted in a light sage green to complement the red-brown of the wood. Mild distressing on the frame and a thorough cleaning of the original brass pulls completed this piece. 42" x 18" by 36" tall.
