Porch Glider & Rockers
This three piece porch set is custom job for a client and a great winter project when it would normally be in storage. The set has a two-person glider and two rocking chairs, all of which have metal frames and woven wicker seats. All the pieces were covered in grime and rust from years of outdoor use. A good dose of scrubbing, sanding, and rust-stopping primer gave all the pieces a clean and protected surface for the final colors. Then, the frames were painted a light cream to contrast the bright yellow of the seats. Now, this set is anxiously awaiting spring!
