Rose Back Chair

This single chair was a classic piece from the Better Homes Club Plan, one of the early mail order catalogs selling an assortment of household goods. The chair was painted a deep teal blue, and the edges were ever so lightly distressed to give it a slightly worn look. The rose carved back gives the chair a distinct charm, and a cream, crushed velvet fabric with an embossed floral print covers the seat. This chair would work perfectly in front of a dressing table or at a small desk.
