Rustic Wooden Drawers
This wooden cabinet with 4 drawers is a rustic piece that needed a bit of color. The piece was painted with Old Fashioned Milk Paint in a combination of Soldier Blue with a touch of Tavern Green and Buttermilk to make a rich, medium blue. The milk paint soaked into the wood differently in areas creating a variegated look. Wax was used over the milk paint to protect the piece. Being on the smaller side, this set of drawers would work well next to a sofa or as a nightstand for a platform bed. 18" x 9.5" by 17" tall.
