Paisley Blue Step Stool

This vintage step stool is a piece the client inherited from her grandmother, and she wanted to have it refurbished as a gift to her mother. The stool got a thorough sanding and cleaning before it was primed to prevent rusting. The legs were painted traditional silver. The client's mother loves M&M blue, so the steps and rails were painted in a similar color. On the seat, a paisley print in complementary colors was added.
